Background:
Even as a child, Olivia Magladena had a dream to be a doctor, seeing so many loss of lives during war on tv had stirred her to be a doctor once she became an adult. And with the blessing of her mother and father; Olivia began to work long and hard to achieve her goal in life.
Though it did put her at odd often with her older sister, who constantly belittled Olivia for having such a lofty dream in life. It never deterred her though, she pressed onwards and studied til she graduated at high school at the top of her class and soon went to college at one of Iceland's most prestigious schools and hospital.
Difficult as it was, Olivia managed to pas with flying colors, and becoming one of Iceland's youngest doctor's, specializing in Trauma Surgery, healing those who have been shot, stabbed and so forth. And she was good at it, though sometimes she was a bit too attached to her patients, even though some would eventually pass due to terminal injuries.
Olivia did what she could do to keep her patients alive, but one day her world would be turned upside down.
While visiting her family during work hours, a terrorist group had decided to attack the hospital for their supplies, and their entrance inside was an explosive, one that Olivia was unfortunately too close too. And when it went off, she lost her arm and her lungs destroyed.
As she blacked out, she saw her parents get gunned down by the terrorists. Once she was out, she didn't know what happened til 15 hours later, where she woke up in a room, with a breathing mask over her mouth and nose, and an experimental biomedical gauntlet grafted on her arm. She was given a new lease on life, though her guilt complex grew, and though she had time to settle down, she decided to go back to work instantly, at a new hospital.
Using her new found gauntlet, it was easy for Olivia to heal the injured, but when she heard her sister was kidnapped by the terrorists, she felt responsible for her loss and upon hearing that there was an opportunity to become a combat medic into warzones across the world, she swallowed her dislike for needless conflicts and signed up to become a combat medic.
Travelling across the globe, Olivia uses her tech to repair wounds and over time, gained the upgrade to replace lost limbs. However, her hard work often leads to sleepless nights, forcing her friends to help her take a break and loosen up using alcohol, like Lagers. She does become goofy however, including the time where she got permanent green streaks in her hair.
At 35, Olivia continues her relentless work, and still searching for her sister, despite how terrible she treated the young Olivia, family is family.
